The WTG committee will keep access to your information restricted and will only grant access where they find that said access is required.
If your application is accepted you may be invited to join member-based social media groups, which we use to keep everyone in touch. Whilst we encourage you to join, you are not required to do so.
Some ways in which your information may be used:
* To contact you about your membership.
* To inform and update you about what is going on at the theatre.
* To suggest ways you can support the theatre, especially in response to the areas of interest you have indicated.
If you have any concerns around providing the requested information, need your information updated, or wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at enquiries@waiukutheatre.com.
All memberships need to be reviewed and approved by the committee and will be pending until the committee make a decision. The committee may refuse membership without needing to provide reason, at which point your membership fee will be refunded.
